At Rivanta, we want you to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the date you received your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging with all seals intact
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used beauty, skincare, or cosmetic products unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used beauty and personal care products
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
Exchanges
We will gladly exchange items that are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@rivanta.co.uk.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Warranty
All products sold by Rivanta are 100% authentic and quality-checked. If you receive a product that is damaged or not as described, please contact us immediately and we will make it right.
